Waldoch is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personal information that you share.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you as to what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct this information.

Collecting Information	When you purchase or order a product, subscribe to a service, request catalogs, or participate in surveys, contests or sweepstakes, etc., we ask you to provide information about yourself such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. Whether you have provided us with information or not, when you visit our website, our web server automatically recognizes your domain and other non-personal information about your visit, such as information about what pages have been viewed, time of visit, browser type, etc. We use cookies to store your preferences, record session information, such as items that you add to your shopping cart, record past activity at our sites in order to provide better service when you return to our site, customize web site content based on your browser type or connection speed and other information that you may send. If you supply us with your postal address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided below, e-mailing us at the email address below, or writing to us at the mailing address listed below. If you supply us with your telephone number you may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding pending orders, quote requests, new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by contacting us via the information listed below. Waldoch will never share, rent or sell your telephone number to any other company or organization. In certain instances we may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to Waldoch or to others. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe that the law requires it.
Email	Waldoch will never share, rent or sell your email address to any other company or organization. The use of your email address is strictly for internal business use. We may, on occasion, use your email address to confirm orders, requests or quotes, answer questions and respond to customer service related issues. We may also send you periodic newsletters, and product and promotional information related to our products and services. If you do not want to receive non-transactional email from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an email at the address below, calling us at the telephone number below, or writing to us at the address listed below. We also may market certain third party services through our site. If you accept the offer, we will pass your relevant personal information, including name and credit/debit card number to that third party.
Security	When we transfer and receive your personal information, we do so via secure server connections. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Credit Card purchases are made under the protection of a secure gateway that is triple encrypted to protect your personal information.
Policy Changes	We may make periodic changes to our privacy policy in whole or in part. Those changes become effective when posted to our web site and replace any previous policies. The new policy will apply to all current or past customers as well as all users of our website.
Return Policy	At Waldoch Custom Centers your satisfaction is our priority. If an item that you purchased from us does not meet your expectations, return the item within 30 days of your purchase and a refund, exchange of product, or repair (when applicable) will be offered, except in cases where the part is painted, hydrograpic application or it was a special order part. Pre-fit parts prior to painting. Please note the following requirements for all returns. A receipt is required for the return of all merchandise. The item must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Products purchased using a credit card will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card Special Order products may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fees starting at 15% (can be higher) or other charges. Certain charges such as shipping and handling are not refundable. Electrical items are limited to a 15 day return. Credits or exchanges can’t be issued for improperly packed items.
Maintenance and Care	Various aftermarket products require additional care, adjustments and maintenance. Follow manufacturers recommendations on all products purchased. A Waldoch representative can instruct you on most features of care.
