Do you provide the van, car, sprinter or truck or do I?
Either. We have Ford and GM vans, trucks and cars that can be provided to you that are set up for conversion or customizing. You may also purchase a vehicle and have the company (Ford, GM, Dodge, etc) drop ship it to us for customizing. You may also buy the new vehicle and deliver the vehicle to us.
What vehicles can you convert or customize?
Waldoch can customize any make or model that is designed to be customized. This includes but is not limited to most cars, vans, trucks and Sprinter Motor Homes.
Can you help me with a mobility van or a way to load my wheelchair?
Yes, Waldoch can handle most mobility needs. For over 35 years Waldoch has focused on improving traveling comfort for all people. We understand that each persons needs are specific and we “design” to meet those challenges.
Do you carry toppers for trucks?
Yes, we carry Astro Toppers in the fiberglass line and commercial topper line. We also carry a large variety of soft tonneau covers.
Will you install accessories for us?
Waldoch will install most accessories at an affordable hourly rate.
What is your warranty?
This has two answers. On the accessories that are installed on a vehicle you bring to us, we carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on workmanship. If the vehicle is purchased with a complete conversion or customized package that we build in our plant, it may carry a 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty. This can be worked out to meet your specific plan of action.
Do you have to buy a set floor plan or package?
No. You can buy one of the pre-designed packages or you can work with us to customize your vehicle to fit your specific needs and wants.
What dealerships can I find your vans at?
Waldoch can be found at dealerships but it is better for you to contact us to find out where. Because of the economic difficulty dealerships are experiencing, it may be rare to find a van conversion or customized truck on the lot. We can locate one for you or can discuss building one for you within the time constraints you are wishing.
Can the customized work expense be included in my vehicle purchase finance plan?
Yes. If you would like, we can work with your dealership to include all of the added features so it can be part of your payment rather than an amount you have to output in cash after the sale. It can be very practical and economical to do so.
If I live a long way from your office, how do I get my vehicle repaired?
We will work with the dealership in your community to find the concern and repair it. In most cases, we send a part (if needed) and then reimburse the dealership for the labor that is incurred replacing or repairing.
How far away can you ship?
Waldoch ships parts and vehicles all over the world. If you want it, we will work out a way to get it to you.
There are so many things to put on a truck so how do I decide?
Since 1974 we have been assisting people with their travel wants and needs. We have experienced designers who will talk to you about your lifestyle and assist you with the best features that will make you feel comfortable and proud of your customization. We make it fun!
Are chrome wheels covered under warranty?
Chrome wheels and all chrome products must be cared for. The actual chrome is not covered under any warranty for pitting. If a chrome product peels within the warranty period, it will be covered. Also, the structure of any wheel is covered by most wheel warranties. It is important to wax all chrome features to protect your investment.
What size tires can I put with my vehicle?
With most vehicles there can be a variety of choices. A designer can assist you with what size will work with the vehicle you are working with.
