In addition to Van and Sport Truck conversions, we also market truck accessories nationwide through mail order, retail custom centers and trade shows. Our Aftermarket Sales Team works closely with auto dealers to set up aftermarket accessory and sales centers in dealerships who feature Waldoch products. Helping customers satisfy their lifestyle requests and giving them the ability to conveniently include their accessory purchase in their vehicle payment plan is one of the ways we meet customer expectations. Customer Service is obviously an important part of Waldoch. Our Customer Service Group is an outstanding group of pros in handling warranty authorization, replacement parts ordering and technical assistance. The prompt response and first–class service from this team in handling warranty issues and payment is a major factor in the decision of many dealers to choose Waldoch as their main supplier of conversion vehicles. We offer sales seminars, service seminars and body repair seminars at our headquarters in Forest Lake, MN. We also hold many seminars at dealer’s facilities and other convenient locations.

In the first year, Don Waldoch and one employee handled every aspect of the business including all the conversion work. From our state of the art paint facilities to our total in house woodshop you can count on Waldoch to build each van to the tough standards our customers have come to expect. Waldoch Collision CenterWhen an unfortunate accident takes you off the road, you can still get the same high Waldoch quality standard in our repair services through the Waldoch Collision Center. Located southwest of Forest Lake, Waldoch Collision Center is a desired location to have any make or model of conversion repaired. We have the expertise to make exterior and interior repairs on conversions unlike any other body shop. While this is our specialty we also work on any vehicle, car, van or truck.
